Powder Aid Air Cushion BD100
The durable air cushion has a semi-convex profile that gives air a wide range of emission as it exits the white surface.
Flow aids are primarily used as a preventive measure. During discharge from a hopper or silo, most materials will flow ideally if there is a puff of air inside to blow the material periodically.
The air-assisted material will have the expected fluidity, while avoiding the possible occurrence of bridging, cavitation, separation and agglomeration of the material.
Flow-aid air cushions are not only used for silo unloading, but also for keeping materials in motion during long-term storage.
