Bag Type Right Angle Solenoid Pulse Valve
The pulse valve is composed of a solenoid valve, a small valve body, a large valve body, a small diaphragm, a spring, and a large diaphragm. The material of the valve body is aluminum alloy.
Electromagnetic pulse valve: refers to a diaphragm valve that combines a solenoid valve, a pilot valve and a pulse valve and is directly controlled by an electrical signal.
The role of the electromagnetic pulse valve: to control the oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure shock when shifting gears and locking and unlocking, so as to keep the equipment running in a stable state.
Working Principle
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into front and rear
air chambers. When the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through
the orifice, the pressure of the rear air chamber will make the diaphragm
close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is
in the "closed" state.
The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the
armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets, the vent hole of the rear
air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber rises to make the
in the "closed" state again.
