Pneumatic Hammer

    The pneumatic percussion hammer is new and unique. It is used to automatically prevent adhesion, blockage and bridging of powder in pipelines, hoppers and silos during transportation. The walls of the equipment will not be manipulated or deformed.
    It is widely used in powder processing industries such as chemical industry, fertilizer, food, ceramics, glass, cement, pharmaceuticals, plastics, and fuel.

Installation Instructions

1. The vibration transmission efficiency of the square conical barrel is worse than that of the conical barrel. It is recommended to install two units on opposite sides for better effect. The use of channel steel fixing brackets can increase the vibration force of the vibrator and help materials flow smoothly in the tank or pipe.
2. In the fixed frame method, channel steel or an auxiliary base can be used to prevent the vibrator from producing left and right amplitudes. Longer channel steel can be skip welded to avoid cracking of the barrel wall (leave 10mm at the end without welding).
3. When the small-area fixed frame is used on a thin barrel wall, a reinforcing plate should be welded to the barrel wall.
4. When the barrel wall has a larger area, the channel steel should be welded in a cross shape to increase the vibration range and the effect will be better.
